RED colour symbolizes enthusiasm, life and vitality. The shades of red made our tiny tots feel bright lively and cheerful.
Can we imagine the world without colours? Not at all! Nature itself has many colours, which makes the world look beautiful.
Kindergarten of SG Kidzone conducted ‘Red Day’ celebrated on 19th July, 2019, to introduce children into the mesmerizing realm of colours.
The ‘Red day’ celebration was a wonderful learning activity which helped children to understand the concept of Primary colours.
‘Red’ colour signifies Love and Compassion. The day started off with the colour red every-where red dress, red rose, red teddy, red car, red apples, red cherries, here a red………. there a red….. red red everywhere ……..our little ones did a ramp walk and spent a spectacular red day and also red craft work made by the children (funny faces).
The tiny tots looked stunning in their red outfits. Special assembly was conducted with emphasis on significance of red colour. The young ones sang Red Day song ‘My red balloon….’
Some of the students spoke a few sentences on the red object they brought from home. Teachers discussed the theme in circle time and linked it to all subjects.
Colours are indeed the smiles of nature….. The ‘Red Day’ celebration was a wonderful learning activity.
Overall, it was a fun and everlasting learning experience for the children.
Smiles on the faces of kids can be seen from the attached pics.
